1. Film Techniques

As one of the most well known classical hollywood films, Casablanca used several techniques to support "the classic" style of the movies. The most influences techniques are the camera angles and lighting, which makes the movies colour becomes black and white and the setting as well which was in world war II. And there are several movement techniques that the director used to create a dramatic scenes.

2. Opinion about the movie

It is said that Casablanca is one of the most popular movies at all times. But, in my opinion, now days the film industry has been developing rapidly, with different kind of technology and art styles, Casablanca can not win against it. It may be popular amongst the classical hollywood movies during those times, but definitely not now.

3. Recommendations

For those who like romance and a little bit of melo drama movies, I'm sure this will be a great movie! But for me, since I'm not really interested in romantic movies so I would not recommend this movie... It depends on the audience preferences actually.
